The Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan also notes that the Republic of Azerbaijan is a party to the Hague Convention (1961), which abolishes the requirement of consular legalization of foreign official documents. The Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan recommends accepting documents certified by the Apostille stamp when enrolling students.
