The list of members of Hague Convention (1961) Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents (documents on education are certified by the Apostille stamp, which confirms the authenticity of this document) can be found via the link>>.
The Apostille stamp will significantly speed up the procedure for recognition of educational documents (including documents issued in the countries which Ukraine has bilateral or multilateral agreements containing provisions on the recognition of documents without additional certification).
All other states not referred to Hague convention and which don’t have bilateral or multilateral treaties with Ukraine provide the procedure of consular legalization of educational documents issued on their territories.
