During the spring holidays the State Enterprise "Information and Image Centre" accepts visitors according to the following schedule:
March 5 (Friday) - issuance of documents is from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 15.00
Weekends: from 6 to 8 March

Please, kindly note that operating hours for department of recognition will be changed from January 1, 2021.
During the quarantine period, the Centre has introduced some changes in the organization of receiving documents.
Due to the sharp increase in the number of appeals, the recognition department of the Centre operates in the mode of maximum loads.
