Distance service provision during the quarantine

We do care for your health alongside with the health of our personnel. Therefore, in line with antiepidemic preventive measures in Kyiv (Minutes of the Standing Commission of the Kyiv City State Administration on Technogenic and Ecological Safety and Emergency №9, dated March 11, 2020), we introduced the additional measures to combat COVID-19 (according to the Orders of the Company Director, dated March 12, 2020 and March 16, 2020).

1. The reception of visitors and documents in the office is suspended from March 17, 2020. We kindly ask you to postpone the submission of documents until the situation stabilizes. The resumption of reception will be announced on our website.

2. The documents can be submitted online without personal visit to our office. For the applicants staying in Ukraine who cannot wait until the end of the quarantine, our company temporarily introduces alternative format of submission of the documents online at the lowest price.

The above-mentioned option is available for the following applicants:

- submitting their own documents for recognition;

- staying on the territory of Ukraine (the dispatching of ready documents and payments for services is applicable only from the territory of Ukraine);

- having registered Personal cabinet on our website;

- having created the online application (choose the option “Create new application”).

In this case the applicant and holder, as well as the payer of the invoice (or card holder), are identified as one person in the application. The scan-copy of a document holder passport, as well as the copy of the document about change of the holder’s name (when applicable), must be attached to the application.

All the necessary instructions will be provided to you by our specialists via Personal cabinet. You can dispatch and collect the documents on the territory of Ukraine using courier service. The price of such submission is 120 hryvnia per file of documents (the courier service is not included).

3. Collecting documents. We recommend that you collect the already-submitted documents using courier service by providing your application number, first name, surname, patronymic, and mobile number of the recipient to our specialists via e-mail: JLIB_HTML_CLOAKING .

4. There may be delays in documents’ processing due to quarantine measures in the authorities we contact to check and process your documents.
