Submission of documents is available in electronic form.
It is necessary to register a Personal Cabinet and create an electronic application.
High-quality scanned copies of documents must be attached to the electronic application. The applicant is responsible for the completeness of the prepared package of documents, the correctness of its design and the correspondence of electronic copies to the original documents.
Document submission procedure
1. Prepare a paper-based package of documents according to the list of documents and make their scanned copies.
List of documents:
- Application for the validation procedure (application form);
- Personal Data Processing Consent (singed by the applicant and the holder) (application form);
- A scanned copy and a Ukrainian translation of the legalized foreign educational document;
- A scanned copy and a Ukrainian translation of the legalized supplement to the foreign educational document (original documents must be presented upon request);
- Copies of documents verifying the identity of the applicant and the holder of the foreign educational document, if the holder is not the applicant (with Ukrainian translations if necessary).
2. Register on the website following the instructions “Registration of documents in the Personal Cabinet.”
3. Create an electronic application in your Personal Cabinet. Attach high-quality scanned copies of documents according to the list of documents.
4. Submit the application for processing. To do this, select the “Send for processing” operation in the list of available actions.
5. Receive confirmation of the correctness of the documents or a specialist’s recommendation on the need to finalize the package. The consultation is provided via Personal Cabinet or by email.
6. Pay for the validation service and, if necessary, courier delivery expenses to send the validation report.
7. Track the processing status of your documents in your Personal Cabinet.
